Learn to Ride a Bike – Series 2

About: Outdoors for All enriches the quality of life for children and adults with disabilities through outdoor recreation. 

Help a participant (ages 5+) learn to ride a bike in this series. The Learn to Ride a Bike Series will focus on developing independence on a two-wheeled cycle. Course content includes cycle balance, braking, handling, and safety skills.

Date & Time
4 Saturdays: May 4th, 11th, 18th, and 25th from 8:30 AM–11:30 AM

Location
Thurgood Marshall Elementary School (Seattle, WA), Google Maps

Volunteer Expectations
16 years or older and familiarity with riding bikes 
6 Cycling Instructors (full-time): ability to commit to all 4 dates
3 Cycling Instructor (part-time): ability to commit to 2 date

Required Training
1. New Volunteer Orientation (required for all new volunteers) 
*see dates and sign up under the section VOLUNTEER TRAINING

2. Cycling Training 
Required for all new and return volunteers in our cycling program series
