Seattle Works had been training leaders in nonprofit and government service for over a decade through The Bridge: Board Training, averaging 200 graduates every year who are prepared for their next leadership step. Your team members will benefit from professional development, alumni networking, leadership advancement and exposure gained through this training and board service. Following the training, the graduates will become part of our alumni network and invited to participate in networking events like Board Networking Happy Hour. Plus, Seattle Works will provide them the resources and guidance to find a board that is a good match for them.

We are offering 2 hour Bridge trainings virtually through zoom with a $75 participant fee.

Provide spaces for your employees at the virtual Bridge: Board Training 2 hour sesssions held over Zoom. Give your employees a morale boost and a vote of confidence by sponsoring their participation.Employees have the chance to network with fellow classmates, gain professional skills and emerge as informed leaders. Individual participation fee: $75

Following the training, the graduates will become part of our alumni network and invited to participate in networking events like Board Networking Happy Hour as well as peruse open board listings on our websites and with our partners.
