I believe in the power of 20 and 30 year olds to affect the positive change in their communities.  Seattle Works does too, and it provides the tools and opportunities for my generation to connect with each other, show leadership and make a difference in shaping our region.  Its diverse set of programs makes it easy for individuals to take action and to create the social networks necessary for creating change.  I see the niche Seattle Works fills as vital to our community's future, and I am proud to be a member of the dynamic team focused on moving the organization forward and ensuring that its good work continues well into the future.

Most of my work is focused on the thoughts and opinions of Baby Boomers.  But our generation is doing some amazing things in a much different way than our parents would have.  Seattle Works gives me a tremendous opportunity to challenge more of us to get involved to make our future what we want it to be.
